Need it by a specific date? Please plan ahead; Canada Post and couriers can face delays.
We are not responsible for stolen/lost packages marked as delivered. (We can help open a ticket with Canada Post if needed.)
Orders may be returned to us (the sender) if:
They are not picked up at a local post office within the time frame provided by Canada Post.
The shipping or customer information provided is missing or incorrect.
Unfortunately, once a package is marked “Return to Sender,” the process cannot be stopped—even with a service ticket. Returned packages:
They are sent back to us with additional fees charged by Canada Post.
It can take a long time to arrive back at our store.
Have it resent:
After correcting any shipping information, we’ll send you an invoice for a new shipping label.
Once payment is received, your order will be resent.
Request a refund:
A refund will only be processed once the returned package arrives back to us.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
A restocking surcharge of up to 20% will be deducted to cover Canada Post’s fees (for both the original shipment and the return).
Refund: within 15 days of original purchase.
Exchange/Store Credit: within 30 days.
Items must be unused, in new condition, with tags attached.
Receipt + original payment method required.
