Stopped in for the first time today. Soooo much to look at. Beautiful store, nice and open. Probably some of the best covid protocols ive seen to date. The employees were amazing, heck even the customers were super nice haha. I bought a book along with a poop ton of other stuff.... and when I got home and opened my book, there was a sticker and bookmark place inside as a gift! Customer service like this always makes me notice the bit extra mile some people go. Will be bringing my neice for her birthday present soon! Thanks guys!

From the greeting, to the letting me lqp the store 10 times to make sure I saw as much as I could. I never felt rushed. Their covid protocols are next level amazing. The staff was beyond friendly and the customer service was top notch! I even got a beautiful book mark and stick slipped into the book I purchased. 10/10 would recommend. Currently trying to find a way to sneak down again today hahaha

This shop is bar none the ULTIMATE in everything you could ever want in a shop supplying ALL your magickal and metaphysical needs. Have a appetite for magick? Look no further! I was overwhelmed with the array of tools, books, exquisite jewelry and gemstone treasures. Rare and hard to find items. Awesome experience! Cannot say enough wonderful things. I ordered from online, so I can't speak to the storefront (though it looks fantastic). I mistakenly chose an incorrect item, and hoped to have it swapped before shipping. So, I opted to text the number indicated on my order confirmation email. I was greeted by an exceptionally pleasant woman named Keisha, through text. She was more than happy to make the adjustment, and handled it like a breeze while still managing to be crazy personable through text :) So, a shout out to her specifically! shipping was quick as a bunny, packaged wonderfully, and all was exactly as expected!! Will definitely be a new regular :)

They always take the time to personalize my experience and ship such carefully packaged parcels. I so appreciate their expertise and their effort, and it's no surprise that the only reviews here that appear as less than five stars are given by people who prioritize their own wants and comfort over the safety of the staff in the midst of a global pandemic. I'm so heartened to see how management is safe-guarding their staff, and finding ways to keep their business thriving without compromising the well-being of those who work on the frontlines in the store. Since the pandemic started I've ordered from Rite of Ritual a few times. This year I had a special request and they were so willing to accommodate at their busiest time of year. The staff are wonderful and willing to go above and beyond. They offer a great selection of ritual supplies for whatever your denomination. Please support this business in this year and the next year.

I love the atmosphere of this little witchy shop. The shop itself is very beautiful. There are many unique items from tarot cards, journals, books, crystals, candles ect. I also shopped with them during quarantine and the service was wonderful. Went to the shop when they reopened and I would definitely recommend going there as the service is A+++. The clerks are really helpful in helping you with your needs and are very attentive.

Of course Rite of Ritual blew me away yet again! Going into Calgary of course during these times made me a bit uneasy but all my concerns were blown out of the park when I went into Rite of Ritual. VERY diligent with sanitize/mask protocols and making sure everyone is as safe as they can possibly be. A huge thank you to the shop and staff for making us feel safe and feel a bit normal again. Definitely will be back!

I recently submitted an online order with this lovely shop and received it today. I'm living in Nova Scotia, but previously lived in Calgary. I don't have enough good things to say about this shop and the people who work there. It is so beautiful and the items are so lovingly procured.
