This is your power center as it empowers the rest of the body. When balanced it radiates autonomy, self-esteem, confidence and free will, helping you meet your own need for validation and freedom. This chakra is the essence of transformation through will and personal power, it fuels your actions in the world. We all seek sovereignty in this world and to be able to catalyze our dreams out into the world.
