Irish Moss, also known as Carageeb or Pearl Moss, is a seaweed rich in iodine and trace minerals. It is a source of protein, amino acid and manganese. It is known to soothe dry tissues and can be helpful for chronic dry lungs and soar throats. 

You can carry Irish Moss or put it under your rugs to increase luck and ensure a steady flow of money comes into the house and pockets of the person who put it there. It is believed to be a good luck charm to carry with you while travelling for protection and safety. It can be used to stuff luck or money poppets.
