Mugwort can be used to make teas, herbal waters, or added to ritual baths. Burn as incense for purification and protection. Mugwort can be smoked with other herbs to help promote sleep, lucid dreaming, visions, and astral travel. An excellent herb for divination. 

Mugwort has been used for menstruation and should be avoided during pregnancy, nursing, or when trying to get pregnant.
