Oregano is a wild Greek herb and its name means "joy of the mountain". Also known as the "jazzier cousin" of Marjoram, Oregano is a great remedy for fungal infections, coughs, tonsillitis, bronchitis, asthma and chest congestion. However, it should be avoided in large quantities during pregnancy.
