Each stick has a burn time of roughly 45 mins, making them perfect for a huge range of uses both practical and spiritual. I often use incense sticks as a timer in meditation, or even to mark blocked-out "quiet time". When the stick is done, the time is up... it's a much kinder notification than a phone alarm. :)
