Pretty Dead Taxidermy returns to Calgary for another weekend of hands-on taxidermy and specimen preservation workshops at Rite of Ritual!

Join us for a two-hour, beginner-friendlyScorpion Pinning Workshop and learn the fascinating art of preserving, pinning, and mounting these incredible creatures in a respectful and ethical manner. 🦂

Guided step-by-step by Pretty Dead Taxidermy, you'll learn the techniques behind preparing and pinning your very own Scorpion specimen. Whether you're completely new to taxidermy or looking to expand your skills, this workshop offers a fun, educational, and hands-on experience for all skill levels.

All specimens and materials required for the workshop are included, so all you need to bring is your curiosity and creativity!

Each participant will receive their own Scorpion specimen to prepare and pin during the workshop. You'll learn the delicate techniques involved in positioning and preserving your Scorpion while gaining a deeper appreciation for these fascinating creatures.

At the end of the workshop, you'll take home your pinned Scorpion, along with the knowledge and skills to continue exploring the art of specimen preservation.
