This hand-crafted tea features the roots of burdock, dandelion and marshmallow, with the combined energizing qualities of ginger, licorice and peppermint. Calendula flowers contribute anti-inflammatory agents and red clover, nettle and alfalfa lend an array of vitamins and minerals.

Prepare loose tea by placing 2-3 grams of loose tea into a tea strainer, put the strainer into your cup, then pour heated water directly over the leaves. If using a teapot, measure 2-3 grams per 6oz of water. Steep for 4 minutes.
