Sprinkle Dulse around your home or workplace to encourage harmony. It can also be used in sea rituals; it's usually thrown on waves to placate the spirits of the sea. Or toss into the wind to contact wind spirits.

Dulse is a North Atlantic, nourishing seaweed and contains numerous trace minerals as well as iodine. It is well known for its dark purple, grey and spots of light green colour. It can be used in baths and face masks to promote healthy skin.

Please note that due to its powdered form, this herb is extremely concentrated. A little goes a long way.
