Lava Stone/Rock or Basalt is a form of igneous volcanic rock that, as it suggests, forms when molten lava cools. This is thought to be a stone of grounding that strengthens our connection to Earth. When we're faced with sudden changes, Lava Stone is thought to give us the strength and courage to see these changes through. It's believed to provide guidance and understanding when we're dealing with moments we hope to "bounce back" from. This stone is often used as an oil diffuser due to its porous nature. Simply add a couple of drops of your fav essential oil to the beads and combine the energy of Lava Stone with aromatherapy.
