Also called French Honeysuckle, Goat's Rue is predominantly used in healing rituals. Placing goats Rue in your shoes is believed to cure and prevent rheumatism. It is long known as a herb used to honour the Horned God, Cernunnos as well. Goats Rue can be used in sachets, blends and Magick to call upon the energies of Goat as a totem animal.

In combination with other herbs, goat's rue is used to stimulate the adrenal gland and pancreas; protect the liver, for digestion problems, and start the flow of breast milk. Some people use herbal combinations that include goat's rue as a tonic and for “blood purification.”

Please note that due to its powdered form, this herb is extremely concentrated. A little goes a long way.
