Gotu Kola has had a reputation for improving memory and brain function. It is balancing to the adrenals and is widely used in India for skin conditions and as a nourishing and restorative tonic for the nervous system. It is a great topical remedy for healing wounds and works well for scar prevention. Taking too much may cause dizziness. 

Use in meditation incense blends and burn prior to meditating to help clear your mind and help increase concentration.
