Ocean Jasper, also known as Orbicular Jasper or Atlantis Stone, is a type of Chalcedony but will have orb-like inclusions of Quartz or Feldspar. It is a nurturing stone, thought to encourage patience, release emotional blockages, and help rid ourselves of pent-up aggression. This stone is also believed to ease depression, and encourage us to have empathy towards others and ourselves. When used with the Heart chakra it is thought to spark joy and help you to enjoy the cycles of life. If you find yourself to be chronically stressed, Ocean Jasper when used with the Solar-Plexus is thought to ease the symptoms that arise from living in that constant state.
